Intro to Stand Up Paddle board SUP
Stand Up Paddling is the exciting new water craze that combines surfing with paddling.It provides an awesome core workout while allowing paddlers an awesome view of their surroundings in a comfortable and free position. If you're looking to try out SUP paddling, our Introductory Programs are a great place to get started on the water! Here's what we're offering for 2020.

The Intro to SUP is a 1.5 hour session where you will learn the basics of equipment, technique and water safety. All boards and equipment will be provided.
