Looking for an alternative to being in the gym? This program is for you.
Fitness paddling sessions are designed to offer paddlers the opportunity to combine a fantastic core work out with basic to advanced kayak drills, techniques and games. Each session delivers a structured workout program offering low-impact training with high-impact results.
Participants can use their own boats, paddles, or those provided by the Club.
What to Bring
Recommended prerequisite: Intro to Sea Kayak
